That's what Jeff just said to me. This one's easy, and it came to me from above:
Put a slice of banana inside of a cookie-sized ball of peanut butter cookie dough. Bake as directed. That's all.

P.S. From further experience, peanut butter oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips are possibly even better and aren't so funnily shaped.
